Do I need prior teaching experience?

Not always. Relevant domain expertise and the ability to demonstrate practical skills are most important. We train and support teaching best practices.

Do you pay per batch or fixed salary?

We operate multiple models: per-batch contracts, hourly compensation, and full-time roles depending on the role and commitment.

Can I teach remotely?

Yes — many roles are remote/hybrid. For kit-related roles and hands-on training we prefer local or hybrid models.

What documents do I need to apply?

Basic ID, a short CV, sample lesson video or recorded demo, and references (if available).
